Its beautiful monument you wented to end of day. Anyway, i really want to do warrior race for 1rst time in my life. I am sportsman. Im not half as fit as i was years ago when did half marathon in 2hours, but i have to say you did make the race look easy. And i know its not. I can do about 30 on park run.. I have to say i think the only real requirement for this race is is strong upper body, about 15pul ups and should be able to lift carry your own body weight. I could be wrong. But im looking to do it it soon, i think ill give commando 1rst try, but i am tempted for black ops.

Kudo's for you going on with hurting your ankle that hurts like a mother been there done that when i did my army training very impressed that you carried on . Got to say looked like in this race you carried a crap load of things and had to smile at your face when you hit that water it looked bloody cold judging from your face

If you don't mind me asking , The obstacle at 8:13 and 11:46 under platform with drums the swinging balls and ropes and the hanging ropes under you in 12:10 , for what race are those ? Didn't see you guys do them so assumed it's maybe the elite version ? Also you either have a bloody tough skin or bloody great sunblock ...doesn't look like you burned like a crisp running without a shirt .

This technique doesn't really work in the ocean because of waves thats why even the strongest swimmers die, water can easily get in your breathing path which will make you panic. However it's a great survival technique for rivers or lakes
